Allison, Mr Hudson - Montreal financier with Johnston, McConnell & Allison. He divided his time between Montreal and England, and was on Titanic because he "knew so many of the persons who were going on her maiden voyage." Of the four members of the family travelling, only his youngest son survived.
Allison, Mrs Bessie Waldo - after the collision, and by the time that she and her husband and daughter had dressed, Master Allison and his nurse had gone on deck and been thrust into a lifeboat. Tragically, they devoted their time to searching the vessel for the missing two not realising that they were safe in a lifeboat.
Allison, Master Hudson - from Montreal was eleven months old and the only survivor from his family.

Andrews, Miss Katy - a nurse travelling with the Allison family. She was put into a lifeboat with young master Allison. The rest of the family, unaware that they were safe, remained on board searching for them.
Andrews, Miss Kornelia I - travelling with her niece, Miss Gretchen Longley, she was returning after four or five months in Europe, mostly Italy. Both survived.
Andrews, Mr Thomas Jnr. - Managing Director of Harland and Wolff 's design department and nephew of WJ Pirrie Harland and Wolff's Managing Director. Born in 1873 in the village of Comber on the outskirts of Belfast, he was a brilliant and innovative ship designer who quickly progressed to a position on the board of the Company. It was widely assumed that Lord Pirrie was grooming him as his sucessor. He did much to organise the passengers into the lifeboats. He was last seen in the First Class smoking room, arms folded, deep in thought looking at the painting above the fireplace, "Approach to the New World" by Norman Wilkinson.

Astor, Col. John - easily the wealthiest man on the ship. The Astors were married in Newport the previous September, and had been enjoying a delayed honeymoon in Egypt and Europe. They had crossed the Atlantic on Titanic's sister ship, Olympic in the company of J Bruce Ismay, and were delighted to find him aboard Titanic on this trip. The party comprised of the Astors, a trained nurse for Mrs Astor, her French maid, the Colonel's valet, Robbins and the chauffeur. Observing that the boat containing his wife was only half full, he enquired of Second Officer Lightoller if could join her "As she was in delicate condition". He was told "women and children only". Bravely he accepted the decision and remained aboard assisting women into the lifeboats.
